Homa Organic Grapes | Dinkar Patil

Dinkar Jayram Patil
Ojhar, Nashik, Maharashtra, India

"In my farm, I grow grapes. Out of the 24 lanes of grapes, 4 were treated with Homa Therapy.

I started with Homa farming 3 years back. On these 4 lanes, I do not use any pesticide, insecticide, fungicide, etc.
I only sprayed the Agnihotra ash weekly 2 times. In these four lanes there was no disease.

But on the other 20 lanes, where I used chemical fertilizers, insecticide, pesticide, etc., there were diseases. Main disease is the mealy bug, then powdery mildew.
It was a surprise, a miracle for me that only with spraying Agnihotra ash water solution there was no disease.     Also we practice Agnihotra on the farm since the last 3 years. And the taste is very different too. The organic Homa grapes are very sweet. With the chemical applications, they are not.

pineapple

What made us interested in researching and establishing a Homa Resonance Point on our farm, “AgroBien?” Something unusual happened recently. At the office, I keep a pineapple plant, which I like to show, every time a friend comes for a visit, since the farm is quite distant. When I left for vacation in the month of May, this pineapple plant was one year old and still had not developed. Although I had put some fertilizer, it was sick, yellow and did not grow.

My son had a guanabana tree which did not give fruits for years. It gave a few, but they were not edible. They were small and dry.

dead tree revived

I am a farmer and practice HOMA Therapy since 1998 when I met Prof. Abel Hernandez. We had a wonderful experience on my farm where a Homa Resonance Point was installed. There was a completely dry tangerine tree that I used to shake in order to collect dry branches for firewood. But Prof. Abel said 'Lucas, do Agnihotra under the tree, because it might revive.'

"10 years ago I had a farm which was infested with coffee berry borer, an insect that attacks the coffee seed. I bought the farm hoping to live there and grow food in a self-sustaining manner, but I had very little hope."

Gopal Mehta, a leading apple and stone-fruit orchardist, started experimenting with the environment-friendly mode of farming in the late 1990s in view of the rising cost of inputs and poor returns. Mehta, who is also the chairman of the Himachal Organic Farmers’ Association, maintains that the continuous use of chemical fertilisers and chemical sprays is doing more harm than good to the orchards of Himachal Pradesh.

Edgar Arevalo Patow's Story

Homa Farm: Three Sisters
Aucayacu, Huanuco Region, Peru

After six months application of Homa Therapy – TOTAL REJUVENATION!

"Before starting to work with Homa Therapy, my situation, similar to the one of any peasant from the High Huallaga region, was of total despair and one which people do not understand: I thought I no longer had any resource to heal my crops, since I tried all chemical substances that the Government agency supplied to me. Nothing worked. Plagues and diseases continued, and the yield of the crops continued to diminish each time more and more."

Pest and Disease Management with Homa Therapy

  • Homa Organic Farming is totally non-violent.
  • It is the only farming system which is totally non-violent.
  • In Homa Organic Farming we do not kill anything, not even so-called dangerous pests.
  • In Homa Organic Farming pests and diseases are approached in a different way: non-adversarial, non-antagonistic.
  • All insects, viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc are a part of Nature and have their role to play.
  • Agnihotra and Homa Therapy encourage balance in Nature.
  • All species come into balance with each other.

Sericulture

"I started doing Agnihotra in my green house and in a few weeks time it showed results. First the birds moved in; then came the predators to destroy the attack of whiteflies on gerbera plants in the green house. The Resonance Point was then set up and from then on there was no stopping us. Results flowed one after the other. Here are some of my experiences which I want to share with you."
